These terms apply to your use of tondelweb.com. Tondelweb is a sole proprietorship run by Lucas L in Blacksburg, Virginia ("Tondelweb", "we", "us").

1. Our services are covered by their own agreement

Custom website projects (Tondelweb Websites) are provided under the Tondelweb Master Service Agreement and an order form, or a written quote for website projects.
If those documents and these website terms conflict, the service documents win.
Descriptions and prices on this website summarize the services. They aren't a binding offer until an order form or payment link confirms them.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, under Stripe's terms.
Each payment link is for one specific offer, shown on our Pay page.
Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel through the customer portal link we send you, or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds and credits are described in the service agreement.

3. Using this website

You agree not to:

misuse the website, including by trying to break, overload or scan it;
use the contact form to send spam or harmful content;
copy the website's content for commercial use without our permission.

4. Content and samples

Examples are illustrations: portfolio examples and demos show the style of our work.
No professional advice: nothing on this site is legal, tax or accounting advice.
Ownership: the website's text, design and code belong to Tondelweb, except third-party trademarks, which belong to their owners.

5. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as SAM.gov and Stripe. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranty

This website is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or online.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tondelweb isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
Our total liability for website use (as opposed to paid services) is limited to $100.

8. Governing law

Virginia law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts for Montgomery County, Virginia.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
